1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BattleBot Arena platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Platform.

BattleBot Arena ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Platform Description

BattleBot Arena is a simulation platform that allows users to design, deploy, and battle AI-powered robots in a virtual environment. The Platform is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content available through the Platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the rights of any third party
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
  • Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
  • Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Content

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BattleBot Arena and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 User Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the Platform.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Platform is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions without any obligation to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BATTLEBOT ARENA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BATTLEBOT ARENA MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BATTLEBOT ARENA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BattleBot Arena, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
